As part of the 2022-26 strategic plan, the school will develop "ICN Impact", an ambitious plan of action that aims to fully incorporate social and environmental issues into all of its internal and external components and contribute to Agenda 2030 and the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

ICN is therefore taking a stand as a player in business transformation and, along with its entire community and stakeholders, has committed itself to a social and environmental transition towards a more sustainable and inclusive world, while at the same time training the next generation of responsible managers. ICN has pledged its support to the UN as a member of Global Compact and PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education), and is Corporate Social Responsibility certified through the rigorous standard ISO 26000.

In addition, ICN has developed a UNESCO Chair which comes up with creative solutions for the SDG; a transdisciplinary curriculum "Art, Technology and Management" and Station A, a place to develop agile and collaborative projects dedicated in part to sustainable development and CSR.

ICN develops, supports and promotes training, research and initiatives on environmental and societal issues, as well as impact entrepreneurship.
