Student life

Supporting international students is one of our top priorities.

At ICN, we do all we can to provide you with guidance, support and, above all, a warm welcome, to ensure you feel right at home. The school has been awarded the Welcome to France label in recognition of the warm welcome we give to international students. The label is awarded by Campus France and honours French institutions that develop and promote services for international students.

To get started, download the international student guide. The guide contains all the information you need before coming to ICN Business School.

  • Health insurance
  • How to obtain visas and residence permits
  • Transport … and much more!

Before you arrive

Funding your studies

It is important for you to have a clear picture of the costs involved before you arrive in France. There are several ways to fund your studies at ICN:

  • Student jobs

Programmes at ICN are designed to allow students to have a part-time job alongside their studies. The careers and internship service can help you find one.

  • Bank loans

ICN Business School has partnerships with several banks, that offer our students preferential conditions when taking out a loan to fund their studies.

  • Work placements and apprenticeships

Work placements and apprenticeships are the perfect opportunity to get your career off to a great start! The host companies also cover all or part of your training costs! Check out the funding section for more information on how to pay for your studies.

Accommodation

Whatever campus you're headed to, we'll help you look for suitable accommodation. Visit the ICN accommodation portal to find the perfect home during your studies.

Questions about housing?

From April to the end of September, you can contact us for advice and information about finding accommodation: housing-info@icn-artem.com

Do you need a rent guarantor? Here are three solutions available to you!

  • The Studapart Guarantee, which you can find on the Studapart platform and add to your rent application
  • The VISALE service, which acts as a rent guarantor for students at no cost.

VISA application process

If you're a non-EU student, you should begin the visa application process at least 3 months before arriving in Europe. You need a visa before you can get your student card.

To get a visa, you need several documents, two of which are particularly important:

  • A letter of admission will be sent to you once you've been offered a place at the school and paid the necessary deposit.
  • Proof of accommodation: you need to secure accommodation and then send the signed lease with your visa application. As soon as you receive your visa, send a copy to the admissions department inscriptions@icn-artem.com to continue the enrollment process.
