The International Relations Office supports you from the moment you arrive until the day you leave. We have also been awarded the ‘Bienvenue en France’ label by Campus France in recognition of the quality of our support for international students.

It is essential to plan your expenses before you arrive in France. There are several ways to help you fund your studies at ICN:
Student job
ICN’s programmes are structured to allow students time to find part-time work. The Careers and Internships Office is here to support you in your search.
Bank loan
Through partnerships between ICN Business School and several partner banks, students at the school can benefit from preferential terms for financing their studies.

For students outside the European Union, you must begin the visa application process at least 3 months before your arrival in Europe. As soon as you receive your visa, please email a copy to the Admissions Office at inscriptions@icn-artem.com so that we can proceed with the administrative formalities. You must have obtained your visa to receive your student card.
To obtain the visa, you will need several documents, two of which are particularly important:
- Admission letter, which will be issued once you have been admitted to the school and have paid the required deposit.
- Proof of accommodation: Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are looking for accommodation: housing-info@icn-artem.com

- Orientation days: At the start of the term, orientation days are organised for international students.
- Buddy Programme: Once admitted to ICN, you will be paired with a local student who will guide you throughout your time here! An official ceremony will be held, a chic and prestigious event you won’t want to miss.
- International Forum: Come represent your home university and share your culture.
