Career Center

The Career Center is a service dedicated to professional support within a business school. At ICN Business School, it goes far beyond that: it offers tailored guidance, committed experts, and a network of 150 partner companies to turn every ambition into an opportunity.

ICN Student Career Support

CV, Cover Letter and LinkedIn Profile Coaching

At ICN, your career preparation begins in your first year! The ICN Business School Career Center offers workshops dedicated to internship, apprenticeship and job search techniques, including CV writing, cover letter preparation and LinkedIn profile optimisation to improve visibility among recruiters. These workshops are open to students at all levels and aim to enhance employability.

Interview Preparation and Recruitment Workshops

Students have access to interview simulations in both French and English with partner companies such as Louis Vuitton, KPMG, Air France and TAG Heuer, allowing them to practise in realistic conditions. These sessions are complemented by practical events designed to help students master recruitment expectations.

Career Guidance and Career Choices

Individual appointments with the careers and internships team are available to help each student define or refine their career plans. The service also provides support on strategies for securing internships, apprenticeships and first employment.

Discover Careers through Career Talks

You can attend Career Talks organised by the school’s Careers Service. What does this involve? These are career-focused conferences where you can meet alumni and school partners to gain concrete insight into roles accessible immediately after graduating from ICN Business School.

How to Find an Internship at a Business School

Students benefit from private access to the JobTeaser platform, where more than 600 internship, apprenticeship and first job opportunities are posted each year, both in France and internationally. This platform centralises opportunities offered by companies, including the school’s partners.

Work-Study and Apprenticeships

ICN facilitates access to work-study contracts through more than 150 corporate partnerships and the Career Center, with a schedule tailored to company placement periods. Students can therefore gain professional experience while continuing their studies.

It is important to note that securing a company placement as part of an apprenticeship is primarily your responsibility. The school supports you by providing tools and resources and may occasionally share opportunities via JobTeaser to assist your efforts.

Access to First Employment After Graduation

The Career Center does not stop at internship support: it also assists young graduates with their professional integration for up to three years after graduation, offering personalised advice and job opportunities via its platform.

ICN Supports You Before, During and After Your Professional Experience

From the moment you sign a contract (internship, VIE/VIA, fixed-term or permanent contract, etc.) with an employer, the internships team supports you with administrative procedures and monitors your progress throughout your experience.

Whether you are a student or a recent graduate, ICN supports you at every stage of your early career.

Corporate and Recruitment Relations

Recruiting an Intern or Apprentice

Companies can post internship, apprenticeship, VIE or graduate job offers via the Career Center by JobTeaser and track student applications through a dedicated platform space.

Partner Companies

ICN Business School relies on a network of companies in France and internationally, particularly in Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland, to facilitate connections with recruiters through career events and job opportunities shared via the Career Center.

Recruitment Fairs and Career Events

Recruitment fairs and Career Talks enable students to meet recruiters directly, engage with professionals and identify internship, apprenticeship or job opportunities. During these events, you have every chance of securing a position!

If you would like to take part in an event, please do not hesitate to contact Valentine Buchler.

Choosing a business school also means joining a network that supports your professional integration. At ICN, this strong network has been built over more than 100 years, making all the difference.

Graduate Career Tracking

ICN provides resources and events to monitor the career development of its graduates, support their professional integration and maintain a connection with the school beyond graduation through the alumni service.

Mentoring and Experience Sharing

Regular meetings between alumni and students provide concrete feedback on career paths, helping students reflect on the opportunities available after graduation.

These meetings take place throughout your studies and are organised by the dedicated service, making them a key part of your ICN student experience.
