The testimony

Last year, 70 of your students spent a week exploring every floor of the CARSAT headquarters to assess the organisation’s strengths and challenges in relation to digital transformation. This year, during the Creative Business Days, students took part entirely online due to the unprecedented health crisis that has affected the world on a scale not seen for a century. On Monday morning, as I did last year, I introduced CARSAT and our corporate strategy to the students, this time comfortably seated behind my computer at home. Throughout the week, they worked on the “Supporting Digital Transformation” pillar of our corporate strategy. Managers from across the organisation answered the students’ questions, enabling them to build on and deepen the analysis carried out by the 2019 cohort. This is what we call “continuity of learning”. More importantly, in a remarkably short period of time, we continued to drive forward CARSAT’s own digital transformation.
