      Prepare your documents

      It is essential to fully understand and carefully check the required documents for your application. This will ensure a smooth process and help you avoid delays or complications.

      Bachelor’s level

      • CV in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
      • Cover letter in French or English (depending on the programme)
      • Academic transcripts for the past two years
      • Copy of your most recent diploma or certificate of enrolment
      • English test results (depending on the programme)
      • French test results (depending on the programme)
      • Copy of your passport or ID card
      • One passport photo
      • Any additional documents required (depending on the programme)

      Master’s level

      • CV in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)

      Language requirements

      If French is your native language or if your previous studies were conducted in French, you are exempt from the French language test.

      If English is your native language, you are exempt from the English language test.

      Submit your application

      Ready to apply? It’s simple through our online portal:

      • Access the admissions portal
      • Upload the required documents
      • Complete your application by paying the €100 application fee

      Deadlines:

      • Non-European applicants: 12 June 2026
      • European applicants: 3 July 2026
      • ICN Ambition Scholarship (10% discount on the first year): 30 March 2026

      Attend your interview

      Once your application is complete, you will be invited to complete an asynchronous video interview. You will have 5 days to submit your responses.

      You will usually receive a decision from the academic jury within two weeks.

      Receive your offer and complete your enrolment

      Once your application and interview have been approved, you will receive an offer of admission. Congratulations!

      International students must complete several steps before beginning their studies at ICN. These include administrative formalities and academic enrolment, obtaining a student visa for France or Germany, registering with the OFII (for students in France) and taking out health insurance.

      The cost of living in France and Germany for international students depends on which campus you choose: living in Nancy is cheaper than in Paris.

      In Berlin, the cost of living is slightly lower than in Paris, but bear in mind that Paris and Berlin are both capital cities, so accommodation and food prices can be high.

      Nancy is a sensible choice as it is a major student city in France with an affordable cost of living for students.
