Overview

Accessible

The Bachelor in Management at ICN Business School is a three-year post-secondary programme, officially recognised by the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, awarding a Bachelor’s degree with Grade de Licence (Level 6).

Our programme is delivered on the Nancy and Paris La Défense campuses, in French or in English.

What is a Bachelor in Management?

Our Bachelor in Management is a higher education degree in business and management, accessible after secondary school. Its objective is to provide students with a solid foundation in management, while developing practical professional skills in economics, marketing, finance, communication and project management.

I chose ICN for the recognised quality of its Bachelor in Management, notably thanks to its triple accreditation, but also for its modern and innovative environment, with an American-style 36,000 m² campus in Nancy. The lecturers and administrative staff are attentive to students, with many support services available, and this was a decisive factor in my choice.

Why choose a Bachelor in Management at a business school?

Choosing a Bachelor in Management at a business school is a good decision. Choosing ours is even better. At ICN, our programme is designed to combine academic learning with practical business experience, while benefiting from an active professional network.

We have developed a teaching approach called #ATM – Art, Technology, Management – which emphasises multidisciplinary learning to prepare you for a dynamic job market. You will also benefit from a network of 24,000 alumni ready to support you. Finally, thanks to partnerships with more than 150 major companies such as Chanel, LVMH, ArcelorMittal, Saint-Gobain, Deloitte, PwC, Stellantis, Decathlon and Total, you will have real opportunities for internships and employment.

A State-recognised Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3)

At ICN Business School, we are committed to providing high-quality teaching within recognised programmes. Beyond official accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, our Bachelor in Management also confers the Grade de Licence — a key distinction ensuring equivalence with a French university degree, facilitating further study in France and internationally (particularly at Master’s level) or entry into the workforce.

Moreover, in all established rankings, ICN Business School’s Bachelor consistently ranks among the top Bachelor programmes in France. In the regions where the school operates, it is ranked 1st in the Grand Est region and 2nd in Île-de-France (Le Parisien).

Bachelor in Management and Grade de Licence: what you need to know

Thanks to the Grade de Licence, our Bachelor benefits from strong academic recognition and genuine credibility with employers. In three years, you build a well-rounded professional profile, ready to enter the job market in France or abroad.

Want to start working after graduation? That’s possible. Prefer to continue your studies? That’s just as easy. The Grade de Licence allows you to apply for a Master’s programme at ICN or any other institution in France or internationally. In other words, all doors are open — although continuing at ICN remains an excellent option.

International experience during your Bachelor in Management

At ICN, international exposure is not just a marketing argument — it is a truly transformative experience. Thanks to a network of more than 130 partner universities, you can complete a semester or a full academic year abroad in popular destinations such as Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, South Korea or Australia, at recognised institutions such as UCLA, McGill or Hanyang.

Within the Bachelor in Management, this experience typically takes place during the third and final year. This immersion allows you to develop strong intercultural skills and advanced English proficiency, now essential for progressing into positions of responsibility in international environments.

Beyond academic and personal development, the professional impact is also significant: ICN graduates with international experience tend to earn higher average salaries than those who studied exclusively in France — illustrating the added value of international exposure in a globalised job market.

Double degree opportunities

At ICN, the Bachelor also offers the opportunity to complete an international double degree: you combine your ICN qualification with a degree awarded by a partner university abroad. This academic advantage broadens your career and study opportunities internationally.

In the third year, you may choose to study in Asia (China, South Korea, Japan) or Europe (Germany, Spain, Ireland, Sweden, Switzerland). Below is a selection of partner universities offering double degrees:

  • China University of Geosciences, Wuhan
  • Hanyang University Business School, Seoul
  • Kyungpook National University School of Business, Daegu
  • Nagoya University of Business and Commerce
  • University of Münster
  • European University Viadrina, Frankfurt (Oder)
  • Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Business
  • University of Galway
  • Deusto Business School, Bilbao
