PEP’S Support

At ICN Business School, the PEP’S service is designed to support every student through tailored guidance and close mentoring. From your arrival at the school through to graduation, we are here to answer your questions and support you throughout your student experience.

PEP’S: Professional Experience Personal Support

Personal development has long been a strategic priority at ICN Business School, further strengthened with the creation of the PEP’S service (Professional Experience Personal Support).

This dedicated student service aims to foster well-being through all activities related to personal development: seminars, student projects, and both personal and professional support.

Personalised support

Choosing a school is a key moment in the journey towards enrolment—but being admitted does not answer all your questions.

Students often face new uncertainties:
“I chose a business school to keep my options open, but what careers actually exist? What do I want to do? What paths should I take? Will I integrate well and enjoy my student life?”

Navigating these challenges alone can be difficult. That is why PEP’S provides continuous and personalised support from the moment you join ICN. Students benefit from attentive listening, decision-making tools (such as tests and interest assessments), as well as information and advice to help them make the most of their student life.

Student projects integrated into the curriculum

ICN encourages Bachelor’s and Grande École Programme students to take part in student-led projects, offering a true “learning by doing” experience. These projects help develop key skills such as project management, teamwork, and professional behaviour.

Each team is supported by a tutor—an experienced faculty member—who provides guidance in areas such as marketing, finance, and human resources. These projects help reveal students’ talents and refine their career goals. Many graduates consider this experience to be one of the highlights of their studies.

Student seminars

Beyond academic teaching, ICN seminars provide hands-on experience of key management principles.

They are a powerful tool for personal development. Through real-life scenarios, students are encouraged to find practical solutions to challenges related to group dynamics and collective life.

For over 20 years, ICN seminars have continuously evolved in content, formats, and contexts, adapting to each new cohort of students.

This “learning by doing” approach allows students to learn differently, while offering professors and staff new opportunities to engage with them.

It is a mutually enriching experience that has become a defining element of the ICN identity.
