Luxury marketing: strategy, customer experience and sales excellence
The programme provides an in-depth understanding of the specific characteristics of the luxury sector, incorporating its economic, cultural and strategic dimensions. Students learn to master the codes of luxury, build brand strategies and develop an exceptional customer experience.
In the first year, the curriculum covers, in particular, the economics of luxury, innovation challenges within the sector, and the fundamentals of customer relations in high-end environments.
Design and creativity: product development and brand identity
Particular attention is paid to creativity and design, which are key elements of the sector. Students work on brand identity, product design, materials and packaging through practical workshops.
They develop an awareness of creative trends and learn to integrate design into a strategic and commercial framework.
Management and international development of luxury brands
The programme also addresses the distribution, supply chain and internationalisation challenges specific to the luxury sector. Students explore global brand development strategies, as well as the specific aspects of retail and visual merchandising.
The curriculum also covers 360° communication, creative languages and immersive experiences within the world of luxury.

Internship opportunities in the luxury sector
For students on initial training programmes, internships at hotels, fashion brands and jewellers are an integral part of the curriculum. They offer hands-on experience in the luxury sector and are a key factor in enhancing employability.
Thanks to our Careers and Internships Service and its network of 150 partner companies, you’ll receive support in finding internships, apprenticeships and even your first job after graduation.
You’ll take part in recruitment fairs to meet directly with companies in this sector, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Cartier and Baccarat.

Entry requirements
Admissions to specialised MSc programmes are open to international applicants holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Selection is based on application review, English proficiency, and, depending on the campus, possibly French.
