Visas, accommodation, cost of living, funding and student support:
practical answers for international students.
International students must complete several steps before beginning their studies at ICN. These include administrative formalities and academic enrolment, obtaining a student visa for France or Germany, registering with the OFII (for students in France) and taking out health insurance.
Our International Relations team will support you throughout this process.
For all your visa applications, you can book an appointment with our customer service advisers, who will explain the procedure to you.
To provide the best possible support for its students as they settle in, ICN Business School offers a range of accommodation options through dedicated partner platforms. These services provide easy access to a wide range of accommodation (studios, shared flats, halls of residence) close to the campuses, whilst ensuring a safe environment.

The cost of living in France and Germany for international students depends on which campus you choose: living in Nancy is cheaper than in Paris.
In Berlin, the cost of living is slightly lower than in Paris, but bear in mind that Paris and Berlin are both capital cities, so accommodation and food prices can be high.
Nancy is a sensible choice as it is a major student city in France with an affordable cost of living for students.
