How to enroll at ICN?

If you are an international student and you would like to enrol in the Bachelor's or Master's degree at ICN, you are in the right place.

We highly advice you to follow the steps written below:

Applications from International students for the start of the new academic year in September are open from 4 December to 30 June.

If you complete the entire admissions procedure before 31 March, you can benefit from an Early Bird discount on the tuition fees for your first academic year (more information at the bottom of the page).

The application consists of 2 stages: a written application form and an 100% online interview

Required document

Bachelor level

  • CV in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
  • Cover letter in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
  • Transcript of records of the last 2 years
  • Photocopy of the last diploma obtained or, if you have not obtained it yet, a certificate of enrolment
  • Copy of an English test (depending on the programme)
  • Copy of a French test (depending on the programme)
  • Copy of passport or identity card
  • 1 passport photo
  • any other diplomas, certificates or documents (depending on the programme)

Master level

  • CV in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
  • Cover letter in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
  • Transcript of records of the last 2 years
  • Photocopy of the last diploma obtained or, if you have not obtained it yet, a certificate of enrolment
  • Copy of an English test (depending on the programme)
  • Copy of a French test (depending on the programme)
  • Copy of passport or identity card
  • 1 passport photo
  • any other diplomas, certificates or documents (depending on the programme)

Linguistic Requirement

  • If your mother tongue is French or your previous studies were in French, you are exempt from the French test.
  • If your mother tongue is English or your previous studies were in English, you are exempt from the English test.

  • English test :
    • 1re Bachelor : non requis
    • 2e Bachelor : TOEFL : 58 / IELTS : 4,5 / TOEIC : 550 / Duolingo : 70
    • 3e Bachelor : TOEFL : 70 / IELTS : 5,5 / TOEIC : 700 / Duolingo : 95  

Programmes in English

  • English test : IELTS: 6, TOEIC: 750, TOEFL: 74-76, Duolingo: 105

Master in Management / MSc / MIEX

Programmes in French / bilingual

  • English test : IELTS: 5, TOEIC: 700, TOEFL: 54-60, Duolingo: 70

Programmes in English

  • English test : IELTS: 6, TOEIC: 750, TOEFL: 800, Duolingo: 105

Step 3 : Apply

Click on the programme you’re interested in below and follow the different steps to upload all the documents required. To finalise your application, please pay the €100 application fees through the link provided.

If your application file is complete, you will receive a link to pass a pre-recorded video interview in which you will have to answer questions about your motivations to join the programme.

You have 5 days to pass the interview as soon as you receive the email. In general, the academic jury give their answer within 2 weeks.

Funding your studies

Each year, international students who apply early have the possibility to obtain a scholarship or can benefit from “Early Bird” discounts on tuition fees! 

Candidates who complete their application and pay the required deposit of €4000 before 28 February wil benefit from the “Early Bird” 10% discount on their 1st year tuition fees.
