Stephan Sonnenburg est professeur associé de gestion de la marque, de la créativité et de l'innovation à l'ICN Business School. Il possède 20 ans d'expérience universitaire et en entreprise dans les domaines du marketing et de la publicité. Il est titulaire d'un doctorat en philosophie et d'un master en études de communication de l'université des arts de Berlin. Stephan a publié des articles dans Creativity Research Journal, Creativity and Innovation Management, Encyclopedia of Creativity, European Journal of Innovation Management et Journal of Interactive Marketing. Ses recherches portent sur l'image de marque co-créative, le flux d'équipe et la formation à la créativité. Il est certifié en tant que facilitateur LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® et Design Thinking. Stephan est le second président de la Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kreativität.
