David Duchamp is a Doctor in Management Sciences. He is member of Strategy and Entrepreneurship Department at ICN Business School. His teachings focus on strategy, organizational design, change management and he is highly involved in the Artem business games. His thesis (2006) presents “Communicative action theory (cf Jurgen Habermas) as a tool for organizational change. His current research areas cover change management, deliberative management, communicative action, Management in Health Care organizations.. He is also co-author of a book in Human Resource Management publish by Nathan (5th Edition published in 2020), articles and case studies published at the CCMP and the ECCH. He has been consultant for 15 years in public and private organizations.
