After ten years of business practices and profit centre management with the industry and distribution branch of Saint-Gobain; Olivier Braun turned to the professional training of managers in business and trained students in his three fields of competence: marketing, management and human resources.
The doctoral work has led him to take an interest in the socially responsible behaviour of employees in the interim sector. The study of the beliefs of employees in recruitment or training situations, for example, highlighted some determinants of the discriminatory practices of employees.
His areas of research concern the psychological contract and socially responsible behaviours. He is also attracted to the field of sales force management and consumer behaviour.
