Step-by-Step Guide to Applying
1. Admission timeline & eligibility
- Applications Open: August 18, 2025
 - Final Deadline: September 30, 2025
 - Scholarship Deadline (Ambition Scholarship): August 31, 2025
 - Global Talent Scholarship: Opens September 1 (requires 80–85% academic success)
 - Age Limit: Maximum 21 years old (born in 2004 or later)
 
2. Prepare your documents
Understanding and carefully reviewing the required documents for your application process is of utmost importance. This diligence ensures that your application journey is smooth and efficient, minimizing any potential delays or complications. By thoroughly familiarizing yourself with the specific documents needed by each program, you can ensure that you meet all necessary criteria and deadlines.
Bachelor level
- CV in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
 - Cover letter in French or English (depending on the language of the chosen programme)
 - Transcript of records of the last 2 years
 - Photocopy of the last diploma obtained or, if you have not obtained it yet, a certificate of enrolment
 - Copy of an English test (depending on the programme)
 - Copy of a French test (depending on the programme)
 - Copy of passport or identity card
 - 1 passport photo
 - any other diplomas, certificates or documents (depending on the programme)
 
3. Linguistic requirements
- If your mother tongue is English or your previous studies were in English, you are exempt from the English test.

4. Submit your application
Ready to apply? It's easy with our online portal
- Access our admissions portal
 - Follow the steps to upload your required documents
 - Complete your application by paying the €100 fee through the provided link
 
Deadlines: Be sure to check the application deadlines. Missing a deadline could delay your admission.
5. Attend your interview
Ready to take the next step? Once your application is complete, get ready to showcase your motivation through a pre-recorded video interview. You'll have just 5 days from receiving the email to nail your answers. Typically, you'll hear back from the academic jury within 2 weeks.
6.Receive Your Offer and Register
Once you have successfully completed the application and interview process, you will receive an admission offer. Congratulations!
- Acceptance: Confirm your acceptance to secure your place.
 - Registration: Follow the instructions provided in your offer letter to complete your registration.

Once you arrive on campus in January, our priority is to help you catch up with the first semester and feel fully integrated into the academic rhythm.
That’s why you’ll join small, dedicated classes tailored specifically for January intake students. These courses are designed to accelerate your learning without overwhelming you. Our professors will work closely with you, ensuring you grasp the key concepts and are ready to merge with the main cohort by Year 2.
