WACHE HENDRIK
Hendrik Wache is an external Ph.D. candidate at Chemnitz University of Technology, Germany, and an associated researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Systems and a M.Sc. in Business Intelligence & Analytics. His multi-year industry and teaching experience focuses on managing big data, uncovering data analytics opportunities in small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) networks, and business process modeling & management. His current research focuses on Digital Twins and Smart Service Systems in Industry 4.0. His work has been published in journals such as HMD Praxis der Wirtschaftsinformatik and International Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management (IJIEM), and conferences such as Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS), the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), and the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS).
