Our graduates are renowned among recruiters for the “plasticity” of their brains. This highly malleable way of thinking about issues, modifying to create, undo, and reorganize one's reasoning, and enriching it according to the environment and experiences. This is the hallmark of the Art Technology Management culture.
We aim to share this #ATM culture with as many people as possible. We have developed two support proposals for businesses:
Transmettre la culture Art Technologie Management, c’est réussir à lier, la dimension organisationnelle d’une culture d’entreprise avec celle plus sensible des individus qui la composent, diffuser ainsi une culture du changement, nourrir la “plasticité” de nos cerveaux, et contribuer à relever les défis des transitions écologiques et sociétales.
Heads: applied research
Exclusively for insiders, this allows us to respond to business issues using the tools and scientific methodology of our research professors and ATM experts.
Front side: practice
Because we want to make our research useful and accessible to as many people as possible, we put the results of our applied research into practice in the form of ATM workshops tailored to your business issues, so that participants (employees, customers, etc.) can enjoy an experience that nourishes the “plasticity” of their brains by following the steps of a creative process. We also organize engaging conferences to raise awareness and popularize our findings, presenting both sides of the coin.

Heads: applied research
Applied economic research on individuals' savings and wealth accumulation behavior.
Tools: a PATER questionnaire to estimate the utility functions of our preferences with regard to time, risk, and altruism through multiple-choice questions, Likert scales, and lotteries (Barsky, etc.).
Results: a typology of savers based on their preferences and the stability of preferences over time.
Current issues: savers and annuities, biases in measuring risk aversion, individual preferences and wealth accumulation.
Front side: from concept to practice
ATM workshops to disseminate the results of our applied research in a fun and experiential way, through case studies to be solved “in real life” in two to three hours: Financial education workshops for the general public, designed as an immersive experience and a “staged” questionnaire (visual and audio environment, role-playing, etc.) to help participants discover their savings profile, plan ahead and save for their life projects, and challenge themselves against others to become “better” savers.
And conferences to popularize and discuss the results of our research with the economic world, politicians, and civil society.
