Biography

Nicolas Raineri is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behavior. Nicolas obtained his PhD in Business Administration from Laval University, Canada, and pursued a postdoctorate at Université Catholique de Louvain, Belgium. His research focuses on the micro-foundations of corporate social responsibility. Nicolas is the Editor-in-Chief of the French academic journal RIPCO (Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie et de gestion des Comportements Organisationnels). His recent research has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Business Research, and the Journal of Business Ethics, among others. Nicolas also has several years of international experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and consulting expertise in the assessment and prevention of psychosocial risks at work.
