Biography
Kushal Sharma is the Associate Dean of Quality and Accreditations at ICN Business School. His research centers on talent management in international organizations, with a special focus on multinational corporations. He is particularly interested in exploring how organizations formulate talent strategies and policies to manage their talent pools and how individuals belonging to such talent pools interpret their talent management practices. He studies the impact of talent strategies on employee attitudes and behavior.Before joining ICN, he worked as the Acting Associate Dean of Faculty Management at SolBridge International School of Business, South Korea. Prior to starting his academic career, he worked as a human resource manager and also as an independent human resource consultant.
