Biography
I am an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at ICN Business School (France). My research and teaching focus on the strategic implications of digital transformation, with a particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), digital platforms, responsible AI, and the integration of sustainability into business strategy.
Previously, I was a research associate at the University of Jyväskylä (Finland), a lecturer at TBS Education (Spain), and a research associate at Chemnitz University of Technology (Germany), where I earned my Ph.D. on Digital Twins in Manufacturing: A Smart Service System Perspective.
My work has appeared in journals such as Technological Forecasting & Social Change and HMD Praxis der Wirtschaftsinformatik, and at leading conferences including ICIS, ECIS, HICSS, and AMCIS. I have also contributed to large-scale research projects on Industry 4.0 and digital transformation, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
At ICN, I teach courses on Digital and Sustainable Transformation, Digital Economy (Executive MBA), Big Data and Business Analytics, and Digital Transformation & Cyber Security. My teaching philosophy emphasizes bridging theory and practice, fostering ethical and critical thinking, and preparing students to lead responsibly in a digitally driven and sustainable economy.
Beyond research and teaching, I actively contribute to the international Information Systems community as Secretary of the AIS Doctoral Student College Executive Committee and as Student Ambassador for SIG AI.
