Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion, born in Ontario Canada, has been teaching with ICN Graduate Business School as well as other business and engineer faculties and schools in France, Poland, Germany, United States and Senegal for over 25 years. Krista's doctoral research was based on 7 years of facilitating change steering in a program for middle, senior and top managers of MERCK-LIPHA, a pharmaceutical multinational firm headquartered in Lyon. Her current research interests include professional women's networks, women's careers, collaborative action-learning and innovative management education. From November 2006 – July 2011 Krista was Executive MBA Programme Director at ICN. She is currently head of the Talent Management in Organisations Track for the Master Programme and founder and leader of Organisational Best Practices, an ARTEM workshop designed with key stakeholders such as de Buyer Industries and AFNOR. Krista is ICN's female/male equality representative for the Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE).. Krista is co-founder and president of EST'elles Executive, a leading professional women's network in Eastern France and Luxembourg based at ICN.  She is  a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and AGRH (Association de la Gestion des Ressources Humaines) and regularly plays the role of evaluator for the annual international conference. As of September 2018 Krista is head of the Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour Department at ICN.
