Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion, born in Ontario Canada, holds a doctorate in Management Sciences from the University of Versailles at Saint Quentin. She has been teaching with ICN Business School as well as other business and engineer faculties and schools in France, Poland, Germany, Senegal, Canada and United States for over 30 years. Krista’s doctoral research was inspired by 7 years of facilitating change steering in a program for executive, senior and middle managers of MERCK-LIPHA, a pharmaceutical multinational firm headquartered in Lyon. Her current research interests include professional women’s networks, engaged scholarship for Sustainable Development Goals, and collaborative action-learning. From November 2006 to July 2011 Krista was Executive MBA Programme Director at ICN. Today she is Director of the Human Resource and Organisational Behaviour Department. Krista is the founder and co-leader of Design Thinking for Sustainable Change ARTEM workshop which has worked with key stakeholders such as De Buyer Industries, AFNOR, the Vosges Chamber of Agriculture and the Vosges County. Krista is ICN’s female/male equality officer and represents ICN in the Equality work group of the ConfĂ©rence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE). She is the co-founder and president of EST’elles Executive, a leading professional women’s network in Eastern France and Luxembourg based at ICN. She is a member of several academic professional associations such as AGRH and regularly plays the role of reviewer for international scientific journals and a chair for international conferences. In December 2020 Krista was elected Chair of the France-Benelux PRME Chapter and today represents France-Benelux in the Chapters Committee of PRME Global.
