Dr. Krista Finstad-Milion, born in Ontario Canada, has been teaching with ICN Business School as well as other business and engineer faculties and schools in France, Poland, Germany, Senegal, Canada and United States for over 25 years. Krista's doctoral research was based on 7 years of facilitating change steering in a program for executive, senior and middle managers of MERCK-LIPHA, a pharmaceutical multinational firm headquartered in Lyon. Her current research interests include professional women's networks, women's careers, collaborative action-learning and innovative education in sustainable development. From November 2006 to July 2011 Krista was Executive MBA Programme Director at ICN. Today she is head of the Human Resource and Organisational Behaviour Department and the Talent Management in Organisations specialisation track for the Master programme. Krista is the founder and leader of Design Thinking for Sustainable Change ARTEM workshop which has worked with key stakeholders such as de Buyer Industries, AFNOR, the Vosges Chamber of Agriculture and the Vosges County. Krista is ICN's female/male equality officer and represents ICN in the Equality work group of Conférence des Grandes Ecoles (CGE).  She is the co-founder and president of EST'elles Executive, a leading professional women's network in Eastern France and Luxembourg based at ICN.  She is  member of several academic professional associations such as AGRH and regularly plays the role of reviewer for international scientifc journals and chairperson for international conferences.
