Biography

Since 2006, after being certified as a Professional Coach at ICN Business School Ecole du Coaching in Nancy, I practice the job of Coach, Consultant and Trainer. Based on professional experiences within companies, I accompany and train people in the context of specific needs in areas of management, transitions, human resources, stress management, quality of life at work and health at work, as well as all the topics related to the development of the person at both professional and personal level.
Passionate about Sport and its positive impacts on the individual both in terms of his health and his mental balance and practising Martial Arts since my adolescence, I have integrated this into my professional practice in order to work with those who make sport a profession and/or a passion, and to model the tools for managing the performance of high-level athletes to transpose them into the company and to the individual for the development of potentials and individual balance.
Thus, after the Diploma of Mental Preparation and Psychology of the Athlete (University of Lille), as well as other training courses on improving the individual’s potentials, I have been able to integrate a set of knowledge, know-how, during my training and my consulting missions such as the world of the Company, Sport, Health, Teaching and the individual in his Life.
"Support and train people to help them develop their potentials, to gain in performance and in individual and relational well-being, to regain motivation, confidence to move towards their goals", this is one of the axes of my professional practice.
