A Hybrid Learning Approach: The Best of Both Worlds
From autumn 2026, our programme will be delivered in a redesigned 140-hour format.
Face-to-face learning (86 hours): the foundation of practice. This is where participants learn to embody the coaching mindset, become comfortable with silence and manage group dynamics. The first three days are delivered exclusively in person, creating the strong sense of cohort that is a hallmark of the ICN experience.
Online learning (54 hours): a space for reflection and supervision. Through live virtual sessions, participants benefit from structured debriefs, breakout group activities and continuous support from our faculty throughout the programme.

- Coaching Foundations: ethics, professional practice and inclusion.

- Building Your Coaching Practice: because a great coach also knows how to develop a successful business and showcase their expertise (delivered entirely online to help you prepare for launch).
