A Free Three-Month Programme for Aspiring Entrepreneurs
A Programme Supporting Employability and Entrepreneurship
The ICN Business School Association is launching its new ICN Entrepreneurs Academyprogramme, a fully funded, intensive support programme designed for young people aged 18 to 25 who are looking to develop their entrepreneurial ambitions.
Guided by its values of openness, social responsibility and commitment, and its mission to support personal and professional development, ICN Business School offers young people who are not in education, employment or training the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial projects through tailored training and mentoring, helping them enter or return to the world of work.
The ICN Entrepreneurs Academy programme runs over three months and comprises 318 hours of face-to-face learning at ICN Business School’s Paris La Défense campus.
The programme combines group workshops, individual coaching sessions, guided independent study and exclusive opportunities to meet entrepreneurs and industry professionals. It offers an intensive learning experience that places people, experimentation and practical application at the heart of participants’ development, enabling them to build a comprehensive entrepreneurial toolkit while developing their business project in a practical and hands-on way.
The programme is built around three complementary pillars:
- The Project – helping participants transform an initial idea into a structured and compelling value proposition.
- The Entrepreneur – enabling participants to develop their entrepreneurial mindset, identify their strengths and motivations, and build confidence.
- The Ecosystem – providing an understanding of local and national entrepreneurial ecosystems, while helping participants build meaningful connections and unlock new opportunities.
These pillars are delivered through four progressive phases: foundation, exploration, structuring and pre-launch. Each stage is marked by a pitch presentation, enabling participants to refine and strengthen their business project as it develops.
In addition to enjoying access to the nearly 8,000 m² campus, designed to foster creativity and collaboration, participants will also benefit from access to “Station E”, a hub entirely dedicated to entrepreneurship, which already supports students and alumni developing their own business ventures.
Access to the French National Student-Entrepreneur Network (Pépite France)
Participants in the programme benefit from statut national étudiant-entrepreneur (SNEE), which gives them access to a wide range of rights and support, and may also apply for the Diplôme d’Établissement Étudiant-Entrepreneur (D2E). This dual opportunity helps them become fully integrated into the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
A Programme Supported by the ICN CreaCtive Fund Endowment Fund
The ICN Entrepreneurs Academy is supported by the ICN Creactive Funds, Endowment Fund, whose initiatives promote social diversity, entrepreneurship and employability, helping to strengthen the School’s impact on young people. This support is made possible through the commitment of several private donors dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial projects and building a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem.
