Executive MBA: An Academic, Personal and Professional Journey

Over the course of 18 months, participants in the ICN Executive MBA completed a demanding programme designed to transform their approach to leadership. The curriculum is built around several key pillars, including strategy, finance, leadership, innovation, digital transformation, as well as personal development and collective intelligence.

With a schedule of four days per month, the programme requires a high level of commitment alongside full-time professional responsibilities. Participants also take part in group projects, regular assessments, international study seminars in Asia, Germany and the United States, and choose a specialist pathway in areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation marketing or finance.
