What can 18 months change in a lifetime? For some, it may seem like an abstract measure of time; for others, it represents a true new beginning. At ICN Business School, 18 months have changed everything. The participants of the 19th Executive MBA cohort have undergone not only a professional transformation but also a deeply personal one. They have learned, experimented, shared experiences and grown together. Today marks the end of an intense chapter, but their journey of growth is far from over. Looking back on a demanding and truly transformative experience.
Executive MBA: An Academic, Personal and Professional Journey
Over the course of 18 months, participants in the ICN Executive MBA completed a demanding programme designed to transform their approach to leadership. The curriculum is built around several key pillars, including strategy, finance, leadership, innovation, digital transformation, as well as personal development and collective intelligence.
With a schedule of four days per month, the programme requires a high level of commitment alongside full-time professional responsibilities. Participants also take part in group projects, regular assessments, international study seminars in Asia, Germany and the United States, and choose a specialist pathway in areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation marketing or finance.
“Working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives is a skill you develop here, and it is one of the programme’s greatest strengths.”
— David Bruchlen
Beyond developing technical expertise, participants experience a genuine personal transformation. Some begin the programme with doubts, while others arrive with clear ambitions. They all leave with a broader perspective on their potential and the confidence to embrace new opportunities.
“I chose to join the Executive MBA because I wanted to feel more confident and credible in a role that was new to me. What I found was support, encouragement and reassurance—everything I needed to move forward and take the next step.”
— Céline Escoffier
“Without the Executive MBA, I would never have had the confidence or the courage to embark on an entrepreneurial venture. You have to support one another and work together—that’s what makes this programme so much more than just a qualification.”
— Julie Beck
A People-Centred Approach to Learning
The learning experience extends far beyond the classroom. It is built on attentive support, kindness and high standards. Every participant is encouraged to reflect on their own journey, their values and the impact they want to make.
“This is a very special moment in the Executive MBA journey. It is the moment when we say goodbye, but also the moment that brings these 18 months together. Looking back reminds us of the very first day—the hope of helping each participant go further, of introducing them to an exceptional programme designed not only to challenge them academically, but above all to help them grow personally and professionally.”
— Zineb Aouni, Executive MBA Programme Director
An Ending… and a New Beginning
The end of this journey is not a conclusion, but a transition—towards new projects, greater responsibilities and fresh ambitions. Over the past 18 months at ICN Business School, participants have cultivated new skills, built confidence and developed a broader vision for their future.
The cohort leaves with a unique set of experiences shaped by learning, collaboration, challenges and meaningful encounters. Above all, they leave with a renewed approach to leadership: one that combines performance with purpose, strategic thinking with humanity.
To the 19th Executive MBA cohort, congratulations on your commitment, perseverance and remarkable transformation. This qualification is far more than a degree—it reflects the journey you have undertaken and the future you are now ready to shape.
