Agri-food Engineer, PhD in Marketing Areas of expertise: teaching and consulting Rossella Sorio is an agri-food engineer, graduated from University of Padua (Italy) and INA-PG (France). In 2011, she obtained a PhD in Marketing at the University of Montpellier 2. Her doctoral work, on the theme of innovation, discusses the decision of consumer under uncertainty and risk conditions. The main objective of her thesis is to study how the consumer perceives and categorizes a new product. Rossella Sorio has a long experience in teaching and, in addition, have been engaged as a consultant for many companies in France and abroad. During her career, she has also been a project manager, responsible for educational training programs for leaders at HEC Executive Education, Paris. Since September 2012, Rossella Sorio has joined the marketing department of the ICN Business School in Nancy, as marketing professor. Rossella was Head of Marketing Department at ICN Business School from July 1, 2014 to September 1, 2017.  She was also Head of ICN Case Lab from September 2017 to September 2020 and has been responsible for The Creative and Cultural Industries Management since 2017.
