Biography

Sophie Gourevitch is an Assistant Professor at ICN Business School (Human resources management and organizational behavior department), based on the Paris campus. Her research and pedagogical activities focus on organizations, especially on associated memory and digitalization stakes. She is particularly interested in applying qualitative approaches to study issues associated with digital heritage and the influence of the digitization process on the mnemonic practices (related to memory) of organizations. Sophie holds a Ph.D. in Management from ESCP Business School (Paris) and a Master's degree from the Programme Grande Ecole of ESSEC Business School. Prior to her Ph.D., she also worked several years, mainly in the cultural and creative industries domain.
