Biography

Dr. Silvester Ivanaj is a Professor at ICN Business School, France, and Head of Research since 2024. With a dual PhD in Geosciences and Business Administration, he brings a unique multidisciplinary approach to academia, combining expertise in sustainability, information systems, and organizational behavior. Dr. Ivanaj’s research focuses on sustainability assessment methods, virtual team management, and transdisciplinary methodologies. He has co-authored books such as Managing Virtual Teams and Analyse de Données and published extensively in leading journals, including the Journal of Cleaner Production and Environmental Management. As President of the MESD Association (Multinational Enterprises and Sustainable Development), he has led initiatives to advance sustainability in global enterprises and organized high-impact international conferences. His contributions extend to doctoral education, where he has supervised multiple PhD theses on topics such as organizational energy, financial behaviors, and sustainability practices. Recognized as a Senior Fellow at the Georgia Tech Center for International Business Education and Research, Dr. Ivanaj also serves as Editor-in-Chief of the Revue Internationale de Psychosociologie et de Gestion des Comportements Organisationnels (RIPCO). His innovative research and leadership continue to influence academic discourse and corporate practices worldwide.
