Biography
|
Associate Professor at ICN Business School. Member of CEREFIGE, priority research axis “Creativity and sustainability”, SORH group,. With a double background in visual arts and organization sciences, I apply my transdisciplinary experience at integrating arts and artistic thinking into scientific and rational approaches for aiming at a change in mindset in the perspective of sustainable transformations of economy and society. My doctoral thesis (2014), entitled "Reversal: The sharing of speech as a sensitive, aesthetic and political experience", validates a double doctorate in Organization Sciences (Utrecht University for Humanistics) and in Arts (Paris 1 La Sorbonne). |

– Associate professor at AUDENCIA BUSINESS SCHOOL, where I contributed to the development of the new MSc "Management and Entrepreneurship in the Creative Economy".
2010-2017: Associate researcher, Cnrs ACTE-Art & Flux / Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne, France.
2011-2012: Associate researcher, IAE Paris / MAI chair (Mutations, Anticipation, Innovation) / European research project “Art and Restructuring” (program PROGRESS), in partnership with WLRI (London), and LENTIC (Liège).
Events and conferences:
2022 March 14-April 2nd: (organizer) 1st Trans-Generatives 2030 gathering of artists, researchers and practitionners around art-and-sience collaborations for implementing SDGs in management, education and society.
2021: Co-editor of Special Issue on Aesthetics and Politics of Organizations, RIPCO journal, #71.
2019 (ICN) and 2018 (Audencia), December 5th and 6th: I organized the two first international forums DYSFUNCTION DAYs, around the theme of the dissemination and production of research through the arts.
July 2017, EGOS conference : with two fellow researchers, I launched the academic and artistic journal DYSFUNCTION, dedicated to the dissemination of research through the arts. Since then, 7 issues have been published. Link: www.dysfunction-journal.net
In 2016, I was co-convenor of the ADO (Art Design and Organization) track at the EGOS international conference (with Ariane Berthoin Anthal and Victor Friedman).
From 2014 to 2017, I co-designed and coordinated the French national research project (ANR) "ABRIR : Arts et mutations critiques".
