Biography

Asli Kozan is an Associate Professor of Strategy at ICN Business School in Paris. She is also an affiliated member of the Society and Organizations (S&O) Institute at HEC Paris, from where she holds a PhD degree in Strategy and Business Policy. She is interested in performance implications of firms’ non-market strategies, such as political strategies and ESG strategies; as well as cross-sectoral partnerships. She has experience in executive training, freelance consultancy and project coordination (EU projects). Her work is published in peer reviewed journals such as International Management, M@n@gement, Critical Perspectives in International Business, and is regularly presented at renowned international conferences: Academy of Management (AOM), Academy of International Business (AIB), European Academy of Management (EURAM), and Strategic Management Society (SMS).
