Biography

Dr. Aicha OUMESSAOUD is an Assistant Professor in Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour Department

She hold a PhD degree from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management.

Regarding her academic background, after obtaining a 5-year degree in management studies which is equivalent to Master 2 in Morocco, she decided to embrace a career in the academic field. Therefore, she integrated the Master 2 Research at IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, which led her to do a PhD in HRM. In December 2021, she defended her thesis under the title of “The effects of gender-related role conflict on burnout and intention to leave: the case of France and Morocco”.

In terms of research, at this point in her career, her primary interests are in the areas of Well-being, Gender studies and Career management. She have pursued these interests to date by conducting qualitative and quantitative studies both within France and International contexts.
