Sabrine MALLEK est titulaire d'un double Doctorat en Informatique de Gestion de l'université de Tunis et en Génie Informatique et Automatique de l'université d'Artois. Elle a d'abord obtenu une licence en Informatique de Gestion et un Master en Business Intelligence de l'ISG Tunisie, puis un second Master en Data Mining de l’école polytechnique de l’université de Nantes. Dr MALLEK a été professeure-chercheuse à l'université d'Artois et à l'université de Lorraine. En plus de sa carrière universitaire, elle a occupé des postes clés dans l'industrie, notamment responsable du SIRH dans le secteur de l'énergie en Tunisie, et consultante en business intelligence au Luxembourg. Ses intérêts de recherche portent sur la transformation numérique, l'intelligence artificielle et l’apprentissage automatique, avec un accent sur les applications en marketing, ressources humaines et finance. Elle est membre active de plusieurs associations académiques et professionnelles, dont AIS, ICTO, Latitudes et La Fresque du Climat. De plus, elle siège aux comités de programme de diverses conférences internationales et agit en tant que relectrice pour des revues internationales prestigieuses.
