Quality of Working Life and Employee Engagement – 18 hours
Understand contemporary and innovative approaches to quality of working life.
Analyse psychosocial risk factors, fulfilment of workplace needs, health and safety, work-related stress, workplace wellbeing, and work–life balance.
Develop skills such as observation, active listening, respect for others and mediation in order to foster a working environment that supports both employee health and organisational performance.
Transformation and Virtualisation of Work – 18 hours
Understand the challenges associated with transformations and the virtualisation of work and HR.
Identify and assess the impact of these transformations and the virtualisation of work and HR on organisations and their members.
Diversity and Inclusion Management – 18 hours
Understand the performance benefits for organisations, as well as the legal, social and economic challenges of HR policies aimed at promoting Diversity & Inclusion.
Contribute to the development of an inclusive organisational culture by integrating the identity and cultural dimensions that make up diversity in all its forms: gender, age/generation, health status, ethnicity, language, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
Analyse and evaluate HR practices related to Diversity & Inclusion.

Selection Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview conducted via video conference with the Programme Director.
English Proficiency Test
The English language assessment is conducted online.
Certification
This module can be credited towards the Executive MBA degree pathway.
Successful completion of the assessments is validated by a certificate in “Executive International HR” awarded by ICN Business School.
Learning methodology
Instruction is delivered through interactive lectures, multimedia presentations, and comprehensive case studies. The programme emphasises practical application through structured exercise sessions, peer-to-peer exchanges, and the sharing of professional experiences.
During the case study modules, participants work in small breakout groups on real-world scenarios. These exercises are specifically designed to ensure a profound understanding of the subjects and to facilitate their immediate operational implementation.
