As an employer, there are two primary ways you can support your employee:
- Financial support: by funding all or part of the tuition fees. For this, you may also contact your OPCO (Skills Operator) to submit funding requests.
- Note: organisations providing training grants often require applications to be submitted several months before the intended start date.
- Time commitment: by allowing the employee to attend the training sessions—3 to 4 consecutive days per month—as well as the international seminars. Schedules are provided one year in advance to ensure optimal internal organisation.
