FAQ : Everything you need to know about the MSc programmes
I am already working, what is the benefit of completing an MSc now?Hide answerShow answer
For professionals, an MSc is much more than a qualification: it is a way of formally recognising and certifying your experience. It enables you to “break the glass ceiling” by obtaining a Level 7 RNCP qualification (Master’s level), often essential for accessing senior or international leadership roles.
It is also an opportunity to specialise in high-growth sectors (Luxury, GreenTech, Finance) and position yourself as a recognised expert within your organisation.
Is it possible to follow this programme without interrupting my career?Hide answerShow answer
Absolutely. ICN’s MSc programmes are designed to meet the needs of working professionals. The programme is delivered on a part-time basis, allowing you to maintain your current position (subject to your employer’s approval) or to undertake a strategic assignment within a company.
This structure ensures immediate practical application: what you learn on Friday can be applied in your organisation as early as Monday.
I do not hold a four-year degree (Bac+4) , can I still enter directly into MSc Year 2?Hide answerShow answer
Yes, ICN values your professional background. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) with significant professional experience, you may be admitted directly into the second year (MSc 2).
For candidates who do not meet the academic requirements but have strong practical expertise, Accreditation of Prior Learning (VAP) or Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning (VAE) schemes allow you to validate the entry requirements.
How can I finance my MSc as an employee or job seeker?Hide answerShow answer
As ICN’s MSc is a state-recognised qualification (RNCP), it is eligible for funding through the Personal Training Account (CPF).
Depending on your situation, other funding options may also be available, such as your company’s skills development plan, the Transitions Pro scheme for career changes, or work-study arrangements (apprenticeship or professional training contracts), which may cover the full tuition fees through an OPCO.
