Quality approach
ICN Business School, as a Private Higher Education Institution of General Interest, referred to in Article L6316-4 of the Labour Code, is deemed to have met the certification requirements. As such, ICN Business School is exempt from the certification process but is unable to affix the Qualiopi logo which is only awarded by certifying bodies.
In Luxembourg, ICN Business School holds accreditation from INFPC (National Institute for the Development of Continuing Vocational Training).

A dedicated teaching manager and project manager support the partner throughout the process; they are at the disposal of the various contacts: HR, managers, participants.
Before: preparation and development
- Finding out the specific features of the request
- Developing the training course with the partner (content, format, methods and tools), selecting the most suitable course instructors.
- Gathering information on each of the participants backgrounds and expectations.
During the service
- Methodological input and practical implementation.
- 1-2-1 (support, coaching, assessment) and group approach (workshops, masterclasses).
- In person and online.
- Debrief and any possible adjustments to the training.
At the end of the service
- Evaluation of the service by the participants.
- Evaluation and possible certification of the participants.
- Final debrief and overview.
- Monitoring the impact of the service.
