This event is open to academics, staff members, students, NGO project managers, CSR advocates in corporations andother stakeholders who are interested in promoting sustainable development in higher management education.

Bachelor and Master students are welcome – why not apply for a scholarship!

PhD and DBA students are welcome – why not apply for a scholarship!

The Conference starts Thursday 21 May 9:00 and ends Friday 22 May 16 15:30.

Fees for 2-day event include coffee breaks and lunch.

Registration and fees

Registrations for the event open on 1 February 2026, and close on May 7.  Early bird registration rates are available until April 24.

Fees for members of PRME signatory schools (double check that your school/university qualifies)

Participants from PRME signatory member schools and universities:

  • 100€ for 2-day early bird registration (until April 24 included)
  • Registration fees waived for PhD, DBA, Master, and Bachelor students who apply for and successfully receive PRME Chapter France-BeNeLux scholarships.
  • 130€ for 2-day registration April 25-May 7.

Other participants from schools, universities, entreprises, public and non profit organisations (who are very welcome):

  • 200€ for 2-day event until May 7

Social event Thursday 21 May evening at Café Foy on Place Stanislas, UNESCO heritage site

Participants from PRME signatory member schools and universities : 65€

Other participants: 75€

Attention: Seating capacity limited to first registered “80 participants.

From Amsterdam: Amsterdam station (NL) to Gare du Nord station in Paris (FR). 5-minute walk between Gare du Nord station and Gare de l’Est station. Gare de l’Est station in Paris to gare de Nancy station.

From Paris: CDG airport or Orly airport to Luxembourg airport (LUX) and you can come by car or train afterwards.

From Brussels: Brussels Zaventem airport or Brussels-Charleroi airport to Luxembourg Airport (LUX) and you can come by car or train afterwards.
