Like the top 15 business schools, ICN Business School has set up an innovative service called ICN Graduates, which acts as a link between all national and international students and all of the school's alumni.

ICN Graduates offers easy and unique access to various school services. These include:

• A unique newsletter for ICN partners such as companies, endowment fund donors, alumni, and those who have studied at the school. The purpose of this newsletter is to communicate information about the school: news about programs, scheduling of conferences open to all, allocation of funds raised by the endowment fund, accreditations, etc.
  
• Exclusive events organized by the school on its campuses (conferences, Entrepreneurship Awards, Mandarin Hours, etc.)
  
• Support for young graduates (and those who are not so young) in settling into working life and life in general:
  - Free personalized coaching (subject to conditions) with the help of the “careers and internships” department and the coaching school, online career workshops
  - Agreements with landlords who offer accommodation and shared apartments for young professionals.
  - Reservation (upon request and under certain conditions) of offices/rooms on our campuses (Paris, Nancy, and Berlin)

• Engagement with students by posting internship, apprenticeship, or job offers, applying to participate in selection panels, etc.
