COSTA MELO Isotilia
La Dr Isotilia Costa Melo est titulaire d’un master en Economie, organisations et gestion des connaissances, d’un doctorat en processus et gestion des opérations, et un MBA en commerce numérique. Les trois diplômés sont de l’Université de São Paulo (Brésil, 2017 – 2022). Au cours de son master, elle a appliqué l’analyse de l’enveloppement des données (DEA) pour mesurer la performance des chaînes d’approvisionnement internationales (SC) pour les produits agricoles destinés à l’alimentation humaine et la biomasse pour la production d’énergie, ce qui a abouti à des publications dans des revues environnementales et de transport telles que le Journal of Cleaner Production, Transportation Research Economics et revues axées sur l’agriculture. Au cours de son doctorat, elle a effectué un stage de recherche en site partagé à l’Université de Sherbrooke (Canada, 2019-2020). Sa thèse portait sur la mesure des performances des SC numériques, à travers des modèles DEA dynamiques. Cela a abouti à une publication dans des revues de commerce électronique telles que le Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce et revues axées sur la recherche opérationnelle. Elle a travaillé à l’Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez et à l’Universidad Católica del Norte (Chili, 2021-2023), où elle a concentré ses recherches sur la mesure de la performance des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) passant par la transformation numérique. Elle applique actuellement le DEA intégré à d’autres méthodologies pour développer des méthodes d’évaluation des impacts de la numérisation des SC sur les trois piliers de la durabilité, en mesurant la durabilité des observatoires astronomiques, des plantations agricoles, du transport de marchandises et des PME, en évaluant les impacts des nouvelles politiques en matière verte la production d’énergie et l’identification de l’écoblanchiment. En termes d’applications, ses principaux intérêts sont la mesure de la performance et l’évaluation de la durabilité dans plusieurs domaines, notamment les SC, le transport de marchandises, la transformation numérique, les PME, l’agriculture et l’énergie verte.
