Doctor in Management Sciences, Sybille is largely inspired by different knowledge bases in the human and social sciences. She is voluntarily developing an anthropological and ecological approach to organisational dynamics from François Jullien's works. Heavily involved for the past 30 years in guiding managers in firms (training, consulting, coaching, team building), Sybille has published numerous academic and professional articles in strategy, human resource management and coaching in companies.
