The Banque Populaire Alsace Lorraine Champagne, a long-standing partner of ICN Business School, has, for many years, been particularly invested in the professional support offered to students of the ICN Grande Ecole programme during their end of studies seminar.
Fabienne CLAUSS, project manager for HR development, was able to share the experience and practices of BPALC with students of the school and members of the ICN corporate relations department on 24 November, through a webinar entitled ‘Company induction and inclusion processes: Diversity and quality of life at work’
The presentation provided a better understanding of:
-
The ways in which organisations develop their ‘human capital’
-
The importance of a successful induction process for new colleagues (those on work experience, doing work/ study programmes or new employees)
-
How to enrich human capital through respecting diversity
-
The wider concepts of quality of life at work
ICN Business School would like to thank the BPALC for taking time to share and discuss these questions with us.
