Your project

Participants will present their own or university's/business school’s sustainability project(s)/initiative(s)/idea(s)/suggestion(s) at the event. Presentations are in the areas of CSR/sustainability education, research, campus operations, and community outreach, or transversal. You'll find more information here.

Who can attend?

This event is open to academics, staff members, students, and other stakeholders who are interested in promoting sustainable development in higher management education.

Registration and fees

Registrations for the event open on 1 February 2026, and close on 1 April 2026

Fees Day 1: 21 May 2026

Day 1: € 65 (free for students) – 50€ early bird registration (1 March 2026)

Social event: € 65 (Maximum 60 persons)

Fees Day 2: 22  May 2026

Day 2: €  65 - 50€ early bird registration (1 March 2026)

Fees include coffee breaks and lunch. The social event includes diner.

Participants are free to compile their own program as they see fit.

Participants are invited to book their own travel and lodging arrangements.

The day always starts at Maison des Langues, near to Station A.

How to get to Nancy?

This is not an exhaustive list; we are simply suggesting the best way to get to Nancy.

By train

From Paris: Gare de l'Est station to Gare de Nancy station

From Brussels: Brussels-Midi station (BE) to Luxembourg station (LUX). Luxembourg station to Nancy.

From Amsterdam: Amsterdam station (NL) to Gare du Nord station in Paris (FR). 5-minute walk between Gare du Nord station and Gare de l'Est station. Gare de l'Est station in Paris to gare de Nancy station.

By plane

From Paris: CDG airport or Orly airport to Luxembourg airport (LUX) and you can come by car or train afterwards.

From Brussels: Brussels Zaventem airport or Brussels-Charleroi airport to Luxembourg Airport (LUX) and you can come by car or train afterwards.

From Amsterdam: Amsterdam Schipol airport to Luxembourg airport (LUX) and you can come by car or train afterwards.

By car

From Paris: A4 highway to Metz and A31 highway to Nancy.

From Luxembourg: A3 highway to Thionville and A31 highway to Nancy.

From Brussels: E42 and E411 to Luxembourg, A3 highway to Thionville and A31 highway to Nancy.

From Amsterdam: A27 highway to Brussels, E42 and E411 to Luxembourg, A3 highway to Thionville and A31 highway to Nancy.
