Dr. Theo Stengelhofen, born in Trier/ Germany, works at the ICN Business School since September 2003. From September 2006 until September 2010 he was the School’s Academic Director, from September 2008 to September 2010 he was also the School’s Associate Director General. Before, he was Head of the Department “Management of Organisations and Human Resources”. Between 2003 and 2018 he was responsible for the School’s international accreditation projects, i.e. AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS. From 2019 to 2022 he was Head of the Department “Strategy & Entrepreneurship”. Today he is Associate Professor in this department. His was Affiliated Professor at the John E. Dolibois European Centre, Luxembourg of the Miami University of Oxford/ Ohio from 1999 to 2007. His teaching and research focus on Strategy and Entrepreneurship including International Management and Sportmanagement. He has been coach and manager in semi-professional basketball teams in Germany and Luxembourg for over 15 years.
