ICN Business School is located in the east of France, close to the borders of Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg. ICN is one of the leading Grandes Écoles, with the main campus located in Nancy, a campus in Metz specialized in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Supply Chain Management, a campus in Nuremberg, Germany, two in China, in Chengdu and in Shanghai, and a campus in Dakar, Senegal.

Skills in Creativity and Leadership would be appreciated

The candidate should have a doctorate or a Ph.D in Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Behaviour or related subject. Her/his research topics, publications or case studies should be related to the open position. She/he has a clearly defined research agenda and the candidate’s research qualification is supported by a list of publications in high ranked-journal. The successful candidate is expected to actively participate in ICN’s research activity and to teach a variety of courses such as Human Resources Management, International Management, Organizational Theory, Organizational Behaviour, Creativity, Leadership (new ways), in different programs (Bachelor, Master, PhD, MBA, and executive education) in English. The ability to teach in French would be a plus. Candidates are expected to be open-minded and willing to work in an international team, especially in a cross-disciplinary approach according to the ARTEM philosophy. Furthermore, an experience in research projects in response to competitive national and/or international tenders (European Community, National Research Agency, Grande Région, etc….), will be particularly appreciated.

Marketing Department

ONE ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (m/w) – Permanent contract – Workplace: Nancy

The candidates must hold a doctorate title or a Ph.D in a marketing-related subject. Their research topics, publications or case studies are related to the open position. They have developed clearly defined research projects and their research qualification is backed by a strong list of publications. He/she should be able to integrate into the ICN research axes and is able to teach in French and in English to different groups of students (bachelor, master, MBA, PhD, and continuing education). The candidate is expected to be open-minded, capable of managing their projects and able to work as a member of a team, especially at an international level and in a cross-disciplinary approach in the ARTEM philosophy.
