Artem OCC: 2nd Organizational Creativity and Sustainability International Conference

As announced in our January Newsletter, the second edition of the Artem international conference on Organizational Creativity and Sustainability will be held in Nancy, France, from 14 to 16th September 2017.

The 2nd edition’s key-note panelists are:

Paul Shrivastava – Concordia University – ICN Business School Future Earth (advisor)
Ariane Berthoin Antal – WZB Berlin Social Science Center
Tudor Rickards – Manchester Business School
Sandra Waddock – Boston College
Marc Orlitzky – University of South Australia
David Wasieleski – Duquesne University
The key-panelists will be discussing the crossroads of creativity and sustainability.

Of great importance, the practitioners’ workshop which is an integrated event of the conference. This workshop is an opportunity to bring together scholars and practitioners to jointly discuss and reflect on contents, approaches and methodologies that draw the link between sustainable development and creativity. In this workshop, we are particularly interested in discussions and perspectives that explore how different institutions, organizations and interest groups with relevant expertise and knowledge of creativity, innovation and sustainability address contemporary challenges of future developments in and beyond their respective industries, mobility or urban life. Dassault Sytem, Luxinnovation and Greenpeace, Daimler will participate in this workshop.

 

In addition, 2017 edition will include a PhD workshop. During the workshop, PhD students mainly and other participants will present and discuss their research with some Guest Editors invited to the event. The aim is to help the attendee to develop and improve their research.

We are also pleased to announce that Business & Society will be associated with Artem OCC 2017 through special issue on natural science and sustainability.

Finally and as during 2015 edition, this year’s edition will accommodate artistic contributions including labyrinth installation, art and photo expositions.
